Q. I need to advertise regularly throughout the year. Can you plan a schedule for me and make sure that artwork reaches the publications for each deadline?
A. No problem! We'll talk to you about the planned frequency of your ads and which publications you want to appear in, and then create a schedule which will include dates for each stage – text from you, proofs to you from us, and artwork to the publication to meet their deadlines. That way everyone knows exactly where they are!
Q. We want to sell advertising in the magazine that L&B are designing. Can you help us to put together specifications for advertisers?
A. We can design you a ratecard – either on paper or pdf – to send out to your advertisers, which would include technical specifications, available ad sizes and rates. People send all sorts of files as "artwork" so it's best to set out exactly what we need to achieve a good result. Some outline information is in our topic "Supplying advertising artwork" but we can tailor your ratecard to the exact specifications of your magazine.
