Client: World's End Neighbourhood Advice Centre

Project: We designed this simple easy-to-use site for a neighbourhood advice centre which was set up in 1982 to offer guidance and info on immigration, housing, welfare and other issues. After the site was created, WENAC advisors reckon they saved as much as two-thirds of the time spent answering routine and repeat enquiries which can now be referred to the information on the website and, despite an overall increase in calls, they now have far more time to concentrate on casework.
